Hi, as a number or peeps here seem to regard the sodium exhaust valves as non essential on a lower power turbo motors. I am going to use a std 1275 head with 35 mm inlets in conjunction with a n/a mg metro cam for my turbo build.

It's common to make the valve to guide clearance a bit bigger than standard on the exhausts, to reduce the chance of them binding.

The Minispares ones seem to be a good choice, 180lb will be fine for your application. Guides need to be reamed with a 9/32 reamer after fitting. |
