does anyone else here use the multi point tanks for their turbos? mine came in the post today second hand. as they have the larger outlets and come complete with the injection pump. just wanted to know what connections people have made to the pump and also the inlet/outlet pipes and return to the tank. i can pretty much guess the inlet outlet by looking at the pump. there also seems to be an overflow pipe, and obviosuly the return. cheers!

if you look at the plug for the wireing one should be silver coloured and the other brass coloured
the silver one is earth
and gold live
if I remeber rightly I will check in the morning
the pipe's I can't remeber but there was a small coloured ring on one and that was the outlet
I will have a look which way around they are in the morning for you *smiley*

the wireing is like this the negative goe's on the connection that is like l <-- neagtive
-- <-- positive is like this
the furthest pipe from you when the tank is in the boot is the outlet
and the other the return *smiley*
and of course the breater pipe at the top

the injection tank rock's
it no longer sound's like someone is pi**ing in my tank
and the noisey turbo pump wow that was louder than my exhaust

Fixed all my fuel problems when I fitted on! Best thing I did on my car I think.

Highly recomend it.

cool, cant wait to get it all in, looks nice after a new coat of paint. so was that right then the silver connection is negative and the gold is positive? as i cant tell if you are looking at it upside down or not. on the cables the black one connects to the silver one so naturally i assume thats negative

Is the Mpi tank the same as a Spi tank?

im not sure about the Spi being the same as the Mpi, as both are injection i would have thought that the outlet and return (being the most important sizes) would be the same size, as im not sure theres a possibility that they are diff, anyone else know? lol
