thanks to everyone with their help on changing the top arm. It was a big faf, and in the end i got that annoyed i now only have half a radiator inner wing as the angle grinder came out!

Also changed the radiator hoses tonite as i had a split, but i cant get the washer jets working! One is blocked, going to have to ask the garage to use an airline someone said.

They are also adjusting my back breaks, its costing me 30 pounds but thats one thing i dont trust myself at doing, especially the hand brake id rather just let them do it.

Other than that its all running perfect! been out in it for a couple of hours tonite. Although it is really sluggish, hopefully with the guage tomorow i will be able to see what pressure its running at and put it up a tiny bit, just so its driveable.

Still planning on driveing to avon, may sound stupid but the best for the engine and also the economy would it be best to set the pressure just to 6psi or something neer? I was going to run it at 7 or 8 forever, but dave mentioned not to put the boost up until its been properly rolling roaded.

Well done m8, but yes be carefull with the old boost until u know wot the fuel mixture and ignition is doin. A little trick ive found to work with washers is using a bristle off a wire brush to clear the jets, and if yoo have one make sure the filter in the washer bottle is clear.

or you could just put new pipes in, only cost about ?2, just pop into B&Q and look for the bong pipe.
