Hi, no it's a 125 cc 31 hp 14400 rpm motor, it works out a power to weight ratio of just under 200 bhp per ton. So very good fun.

they are awsome i love karts espechally driving them in the wet, takes alot of skill to keep them in a strait line with that kind of power was bad enough with 50cc karts lol. is it a geared kart as it looks like there is a little shifter on on the nearside below the steering wheel

i would love to race karts, i expect its still an expensive sport

As we know most motorsport cost money, i think it's like most things, you can put into it what you get out, little or lots, but it will cost.

4th down, great pictures as usual but really love that one! i havent been on a kart in ages and neva have been on one that serious, i would love it as im sure most on here would!

I've never been on a real one like that, most people have been on an in door 5 bhp one at some point but these are sooooo much more he tells me, i had the offer to drive it, but i backed down no wanting to brake it if i come off, a bloody good change of that in that weather i thought! I'll let you know what it's like if we get a dry day.

yep been on one well it was neils mathew , went on his at buckmore park, you wont go on indoor karts after going on them, they even make prokarts look like milk floats.

these ones are a bit more friendly than the national class. eg national are 100 cc 30hp direct drive, and last about 3-4 hoyrs between rewbuilds tyres last no more than 1 meeting.

these ones last 50 hours, centrifugal cluctch water cooled electric start tyres are a harder compund.
