Hi i'v finally started to get going on me project :), I'v got a turbo head and want to get valve inserts put in for unleaded fuel where would be best to go? also is it worth getting the head ported and polished? or could this be done myself with a dremal tool?

Have you a local machine shop to do them, or try Vmax or surrey.

You could get them to sort out the hardened seats after you have had a go at flowing the head. I've done work on my head over the years and it seems ok. give it a go.
