Corrosion on the terminals of the fuse box, also the butt crimps that sit under the slam panel both have given me grief over the years.

Open your bonnet and take your grill off, under the bonnet pop there with be bullet connectors. I think they are for high and low beam, indicators and side lights. Give them a wiggle with your lights or indicators on, if the lights come on or flicker then there could be a bad connection. If there is take it appart and clean it. Also check the plug under the steering column inside the car. In situations like this it is worth while getting a £10 tester from the like of Halfrauds.

There are a few black terminal crimps (bullet type) which supply the head lights situated under the slam panel these suffer corrosion, but as your having probs wit the indicators as well, I would check the fuse box.

Also have a look at the indicator/high beam switch on the column, if this has crapped out it could affect both headlight and indicators.
