FIRST WITH £1500 ITS THERES

Hey all.

Due to things I don't want to enclose, I am have come to the hard desetion of selling my beloved Mini Van cry.gif

I will be selling everything Mini I have, I am clearing up, and staying Miniless for a few years.

Basically, the Van as a rolling shell, and 1380 will be two sparate sales.

So the spec of the Van...

1967 Mini Van
in Brooklands Green.

Orignally a 850, then it was a 998, and now its currently a 1380.

I've owned it since March, and the current spec sheet is thus...

Rear subframe complete refurbished.
New rear raduis arms
New 1.5* Neg camber brackets
New cones
New Hi-los
New handbrake cable
New wheel bearings
New "Complete" rear drum brakes
New Adjustable GAZ Shocks
New bushes
New Braided brake hoses
New fuel tank & sender
Undersealed and painted

And the front has had a simuar treatment...

Refurbished front subframe
New brake master cylinder
New Clutch Master Cylinder
New break lines
New braided Brakes hose
Cooper S 7.5" Calipers and disks
New blackstuff break pads
New Cones
New upper arms
New lower arms
Heavey duty tie rods
New bushes everywhere
New Brake light switch
New steering rack
New Track rod ends
New wheel bearings
New ball joints
New adjustable GAZ shocks

Proba few other bits I've missed, but the inside, is orginal, Brown vynal seats, centre speedo, and a temp gauge which I've cable tied in. I will refit the "bus" wheel, so the inside will be back to vertually, how it was when it rolled of the production line.

Its had a new floor pan welded in, last year (May), along with a new Maniflow twin box exhaust. Passed his MOT with flying colours, with NO advisarys.

Since then, its had the above work done on it. So if it came to MOT now, with a decent engine, it would fly though, as no work will be needed to be done, unless u make the work.

Like I said, with an engine in, this is ready to rock, I've also upgraded the headlamps to H4 Halogen bulb, these have ultra bright white bulbs in too.

Only bad things really is the doors drop, due to a worn door skin on the passangers side, and worn hinges on drivers side. The doors, are starting to show signs of rust/rot, but not as far as hitting the paint yet, but its visable from underneth.

The rear load bay is straight and true, and orangal, some signs of bubbling starting in the rear corners.

Its taxed (aug I think), and MOT'd (end of May).

I also have lots of spares to go with it too, new Zinc alloy door hinges, new rear wiring loom, pressed steel grille - in case u fancy chopping the old one out, and making a removable one with keeping the oraingal looks.

I would like ITRO, £2500 REDUCED £1800

Pics will be uploaded later, as I have LOADS! But in the mean time, you could always look at the 52 page project thread in the linky below, entitled "Flubber".

Well here my write up I did for the Minimag...

Got him in March '07, and since then I've spent out nearly 7-8k on him. So its been worth EVERY penny.

Not long after I got him he needed a new floor pan and exhaust for MOT. So treated him to a Maniflow 1.3/4 twin box system, to which i now want to make it a single box... just to let me have a bit more noise...

He passed his MOT with flying colours...
But then I decided to wanted to renovate the rear...
Now he sits with everything NEW on the back, think the only thing old is the actual subframe...

I'll list the full specs at the end - its easier.

But then, in september I blow up the 998 going to Reading... So I decided instead of looking and solving the problem with the pittiful 998, I thought I'd finish off my 1380 and wack that into him... but that turned in to me renovating the front subframe and brakes, and clutch master cylinders too...

All in all, hes now a 1380GT, not had it on the rollers yet, but its preposed power output should be around 90bhp/100ftlb torque @ wheels.

Its been 6 months since I've driven my Van, and now the wait is almost over *happy*
