Any one on here living in oz. i have seen a few are from their. ill be in perth? is any one around that area. so i can look out for the mini and catch up have a beer or two. ... and make me jealous because i havent got the mini out their.

cheers benross. i no im gonna miss it as stupid as it sounds. my family and my mates are all here but its an oppertunity for me so im gonna take it i can always come home in a year or so.

ive got plenty of people out their though my missus is from oz you see she was over here for a few years working and know she has to go back. so im off out their with her

yeah mad matt ive heard him i believe hes from brisbane. many miles away a good road trip though. i was so supprised how big oz was when went there for first time. i no it massive place but not that big. its impressive just to drive on the straight empty car free roads for miles and miles.

That's where I'm from. Perth is fantastic although no one ever thinks to go there as it's a bit out on its own. I miss it but I hope to get back out the end of this year!

yeah jay thats good picture. the building between the two big buildings is the revolving restuarant. i went their when i was out their in october. was spot on good views too as you can imagine. have you been their.

When are you hoping to go out their mate. is it permanant? your have to look me up ill still go on the site to help people out on here if i can. but i dont own the mini anymore.not to worry i am hoping to get another soon somehow. get it shipped out their if i want to stay.

I grew up there, from 2 years old till about 18 then came back here (I'm a dual citizen yay!). Revolving resteraunt (used to be called Highlite 33) is excellent! I took that pic when I was out in October past, it's taken from Kings Park.

I like OZ because it kind of reminds me of the US, it has all the shops and facilities you'll ever need but is still laid back. Perth is HOT though, up to 40 degrees in summer but a sea breeze come in in the afternoon.

Buy a mini out there, cars last twice as long and it's not that rare to see cars from the 70's bombing around yet. I saw a university student in a Mk 1 Cooper S as her daily drive last time I was out.

I am planning on heading to Perth in December but the way my job is at the moment I could be posted out there for a few years to work. I miss it heaps...

sounds great mate. well give me a shout if you do move on out im sure ill be around still i hope. what area in perth. do you still have family their? how old are you by the way. What work are you into . i dont suppose you are in the building trade and have good contact that you can give me or no of anyone seen as your from their. would be a great help.
