i assembled my head when done i noticed one intake valve stem much lower in the cap any body have one to sell garry

what is it you want to buy?

id be findin out why its lower in the cap first

never seen that before without something not being settled properly.

if the valve caps are not level when assembled you will snap a valve , i know you will cos i did .
there are 2 different types i think you can tell the difference by the groove round the top

Everyone knows that instructions only have to be read if the thing doesn't work....

the exhaust cap has a groove cut in they all fit the intakes have a small ridge around the hole i have three the forth one is different it matches the single grove valve cap when together the top of the valvestem iis flush with the cap

just a helpful hint here:

so what your saying is that the 4th cap is a different one and doesnt give the same assmebled height?

so essentially you have 3 of the caps you need are are short of the remaining one?

ok alex i need a valve sping cap for a three groove intake valve sorry to be beating around the bush garry

Iain,Yes I am short 1 cap-I called Mini Mania,they have had none since '02.They claim they acessed MiniSpares stock-and they have none.Yes 4th cap is different-resembles a single groove cap.So-here I sit.......Garry
