I'm looking into putting some double doors on one of my old barns and installing some form of lift, mainly for working on Minis.

Ive tried my mini on our 2 post ramp but i never lifted mine on the subframe but on the shells jacking points (yes they caved in a bit DOH)
Back once again like a renegade master |

iv lifted mine on a 2 post a few times before, lift the rear on the subframe and lif tthe front with the jackig pad a decent amount on the join between the floor and inner wing, hasnt caved in or dented yet. turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)

err yes that would be a nice thing to have! Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

I believe you can get bigger lifting pad bits. If you could get some bigger ones, then the weight would be spread across and it wouldn't dent the floor etc. |

i have lifted my mini up on thoes tyles as i have them at work many a time, you can get them on the subframes and jacking points fairly easaly somtimes you have to roll the car forwards and backwards to the arms under though never had a problem Drives
