Im having trouble getting the mating faces from the turbo to elbow (mirrage type) to seal, have tried tightening as much as I dare but it still blows on the very top edge, any advise on what to do, is there a gasket available to seal this (possibly off the 5GTT?)

Are we talking the run of the mill exhaust assembly paste, that goes hard when hot? Any other ideas where I can get a gasket, as Richard can be a little hard to get hold of at times.

good quality silicone selant(the stuff thats rather thick and doesnt have the vinegary smell) is what i use on my head - manifold and turbo elbow join. seals great. lambda sensors dont like it tho so use just enough to do the job if your running one :) turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)

If the flanges are flat, no gasket is necessary.
