Hello guys, I posted this on the Minispares forum earlier and was told to post here for some better info so here goes.

I'm looking for some comments, help, input, and any general thoughts from the turbo guys around here about this combination.

1275cc A+ MG Metro Turbo, Hepolite turbo pistons, Avonbar stage three unleaded head (beaks removed), Kent 500 camshaft w/steel Vernier adj duplex timing chain, 1:5 Avonbar forked hi-lift rockers, double valve springs, Payen AF 640 head gasket, 8 psi actuator, Group A dump valve, Standard T3 turbo, 13 row oil cooler for #4 piston cooling, turbo fuel pump, AP racing/rally clutch plate and Avonbar lightened flywheel. Everything else is standard stuff. There will be an intercooler in the mix and most likely an MSD boost timing master for spark control. (Thanks Pete!)

Anything good or not good or need to be changed for a reliable combo or more power? I dont know anything really about the 1275 in general so I appreciate any help here! I'm basically just looking to avoid any undue problems.

From what i'm told the engine was fairly well known in the UK. It was featured in an Oct 2001 issue of MiniWorld Magazine in a built up Mini Clubman.

Thanks,

-james
