Hello.... My project is an supercharger blow-through setup...

This is my unrefined manifold....

I use a pipe from the charger to the intercooler whit 44mm diameter inside... Is a good choice or is better 57mm?

I need to now before to finish the inlet....Thanks for the replay....

Hi, I'm going similiar way - blow-throught, front-mounted charger in a roundnose mini. Have You considered turning the charger 90 deg so that the outlet of the charger faces down?
cheers, Roman

44mm should be fine,

although you might find it easier to get 52mm silicon hose so that might be a size worth considering.
