It's 'brand' new, not 'bran', bran is a cereal.

what do ppl think, ar .42 A/R 0.42 on the compressor side is standard Metro, but you can't see the A/R of the turbine housing in any of the photos. If it is brand new then it might not be the right one as, when I was researching this a while ago, I got the impression the standard Metro 0.25 turbine housing hasn't been available (new) for ages. The RS Turbo is bigger but seems to be the smallest one available for a T3 now. Metros were surely all A/R 2.5 ??? Schrödinger's cat - so which one am I ??? |

The core may well be brand new - but if the housings are in good shape, it makes sense to use re-conditioned ones, hence it could look 'used' but the important part (the centre housing) would be new*.
