I think there are a few of you here who work, or have worked for fords, maybe you can help me out.

How long does it take to change a front wheel bearing on a 2002 Ford Focus? Do I need a press, is it simple on these?

IIRC its a press only job...

ring up a dealer and ask is probably the best way, or I can try and have a look tonight,

my old man took his in to be changed, we did do the back bearings at home, but they took 2hrs!!

you'll definitely need a press, maybe even a gas torch to help pop off the inner bearing if it gets stuck and seperates

good luck!

When I did my elise wheel bearing, which is a press fit, I removed the hub assembly and stripped it down. then I took it to a local garage who charged me a tenner to press out the old bearing and press in the new one (took about 5 mins). Then bolt it all back together.........

Jobs a good one.

Good idea ben, probably the cheapest and easiest way depending on whether you've got a spare car.

An elise hey, how posh! *smiley*
