tried searching as im sure its been covered once before, but cant track it down

my tool tray fell over next to the pillar drill and all my bits and bobs with magnets on the ends are furry and i cant get it all off

anyone know how to get them off? or a link to the original thread?

If you have an old hard drive nocking about pull some magnets out of that, the are normally F(*&ING strong and will probably pull the filings off the tool tray.

If they don't just pop them on your oil filter

Or sticky tape. The filings will stick to it. Its just a slow process.
