Welding Skills for intercooler

Can anyone recommend someone who is handy with a tig welder? I need one of the end tanks on a cossie intercooler chopped moved 90 degrees and rewelded.

Anyone southern would be ideal as it'd be easier to drop off and collect rather than post.

The bloke I take my stuf to is £25 an hour. I'll be taking my IC over there in the next few weeks if you want me take yours as well I can? Wouldn't think it would cost any more than £15- £20!
