i noticed a few people painted club names and brands on there intercoolers... can i jsut spray minie black as it looks bit scummy

Yes you can spray it. Don't do it too thick though. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

You can get "radiator" paint that supposedly is designed to not upset the heat transfer, maybe even assist.

I used halfords matt black on mine, done the job a treat.
