I stripped this engine down, a little while back to rebuild. The engine itself is in perfect condition, as is the rest of the gear box - best mini gear box i've driven.

So what caused this? was this just a dodgy gear to start with? I haven't seen any lumps come out in the oil so assume its the work of the previous owner.


Oh, and thanks nic for sorting me out with a replacement laygear:)
