A mate killed his engine on the L2B run at the weekend, were on the hunt for a short engine (block, crank, rods) for rebuild.

Yes, just a tad! LOL what sort of money are you looking for, and could you put it on a pallet for a curriour if needed?

You can have them for a case of beer (not stella, lol), I could put on a pallet if needed, but if I remember I don't think the crank is ok on one of them, I'm by that way on Saturday so will have a look if I remember and i'll take some pics too.

Top man Tony, needs to be block crank and rods, what condition are they in? Im seeing Jason tomorrow eve to do a damage assesment on the engine so will have more of an idea then.

To my memory, the reason the block is out was the big nut on the end of the crank was just spinning so it was cut off, think that renders the crank useless? Now I can't remember if the other engine is there or I used it?, now the rods? is that the push rods or the piston rod bits? now they are all there anyway.

I managed to get pictures of it today if you pm me your address i'll send them over, it has a good crank and all the pistons are out but with it.
