re furbing a 998 head with a mate and were missing half the top caps

i think these are on most A+ 998s iirc so if anyone has any knocking around, even if its all 8, we'd really appreciate it.

I've got some that you can have but I'm off on holiday at the weekend and doubt I'll have time to strip them off the head before then.
