How much negative camber do you boys run on ya cars when you do track days?

I am trying to sort the camber on my other mini not the shed dont worry *happy*

5 deg caster, 1/2 deg toe out, back 1/2 neg or 0

Everyone knows that instructions only have to be read if the thing doesn't work....

fuck set mine at 2 degrees on the front looks good. I have to do it again !
