What is the opinion on poly rear subframe mounting bushes?

Just giving my suspension a complete overhaul, and im having differencing of opinions from various sources.

Front has solid floor and tower and standard fronts. Car is gonna be a weekend fun and track day runner.

If they are solid on the front then solid on the rear is the way to go.
