Thats mine! :)

Yes it is a dellorto you are correct. A mate worked for lotus some time back and managed to pick up a pair of dellorto 45's as used on the lotus esprit.

Currently putting some miles on the clock before I goto the local rolling road. Spoke to them this week and they are more than happy with me working with them configuring the Megajolt etc.

Nice job. *Clapping*

Bulkhead box required or did you manage to get it all in without one. ..?

Also custom made plenum to, or is it a lotus item?

A bulkhead box was required - see picture attached

Didn't have the lotus plenum so had to design one (not sure if the lotus one would be one big one or per carb?). Based my design on a weber/dellorto N/A K&N type air filter.

The combination of the dellorto and megajolt make the idle very stable - something I used to have a lot of problems with years ago when I had a SU - could have just been not setup correctly of course! :)

Medusa + injection = too much torque for the dyno ..https://youtu.be/qg5o0_tJxYM

that plenum is pretty and would suit me rather well did you buy it or make it yourself?

A friend of mine made it from the plans I gave him, almost 8 years ago! He was bloody good at what he did, you can't see any of the welds.

I think I am going to wait until the next MegaJolt firmware/software update (due fairly soon) before I take it to be setup properly. Would like to use some of the new features to control the electric fan via the Aux input, and the advance retard control.

It drives remarkably well considering I am using a combination of the Lotus jets and some I bought to ensure it doesn't run weak on boost.

Yes, so far so good. I just have the standard dellorto trumpets inside the plenum

Unfortunately the noise isn't as cool as a N/A engine on a weber or dellorto. There is a deep growl, but all a bit muted really.

No custom manifolds just modified ones. Had to a file and grind in a couple of places to get clearance between the inlet and exhaust manifolds.

I suspect this might be avoided with the use of different inlet manifold, I wanted to use what I had in the garage.
