455bhp per ton
12 sec 1/4 mile road legal mini

Sunny Bridgend, South Wales

it does fit fine, but it's a single skin carbon bonnet without the stiffners in there, don't think it would fit if you had a metal bonnet

You can remove the internal supports from a metal bonnet

not a good idea to use the hinges and the support bar though as it'll bend to much when open and crack the paint etc

I've got mine on pins and just take it careful when removing and placing it on the floor or leaning up against a wall

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

Ask minime about his bonnet. He removed all the stays or a lot of them as well and it becomes very flimsey. Still does the job though. Single skin Fibreglass for me *smiley* easy to cut vents into!

yeah i had to chop the full X out of my bonnet. helps with space alot but is very very flimsy and i have no bonnet stay still use original hinges and catch ok but when i get around to it im gonna put pins in it *smiley*

you could make a stay that fits on the catch to the catch hole in the middle then it dont flop about when open most big jobs get the bonnet taken off anyway

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.
