Hello all.

Ive got a problem with my boost gauge. It will only show vacuum which is around 20-30 on the gauge at idle. When i rev it up, it goes to zero. I cant drive the car as its not MOT'd and taxed for the road.

I have taken both my dump valve and gauge from the inlet manifold, where the servo bolt would usually go i believe.

Ive taken the bolt out and blown through it both ways, so i dont think theres a one way valve in the bolt.

Any ideas?

Also, the bleed valve. which way is which to increase/decrease?

thanks

It won't make boost sat revving it on the drive. It will only make boost under load, e.g. actually driving.

i'll have to find some private road to test it, cos currently i dont know what its boosting at. I drove it the other week around the corner, but was too busy watching other things then the boost gauge.
