i'm hoping someone can help,
how does a rev counter wire up?
4 wires! where do they go?

i've got 3 on me shift light. one +12V, on earth and one to the negative on the coil. pretty sure its the same on me rev counter too. no idea what the 4th is for though.

i think the wires are coloured;
red,
black,
green and
white

rev counters are easy and I have never damaged one before

I would say Red IGN Live
Black EARTH

White and Green

One is 12v for the bulb !! the other for the Coil -'side

I would say wire the red and black

then try either the white or green on the coil to get it working

when thats workin the last wire is the 12v for the light !!

EASy !
