Looking at buyin a new set and decided to go with spax yellow gas ones.

What i cant work out though is what height i want, as there is lowered and standard sizes.

Are lowered shocks for the likes of tubbed arches or for "anything" lower than standard?

Well I have my car 5mm off the front bum stops and the back about 20mm higher (sill heights) and I use the standard height shocks.

however, at this height the lowered shocks would probably be better, but they're not available in the shocks I have.
