It's friday, I'm bored so I thought I'd post something :)

Needed something to shift crap about, but wanted something interesting that I could do a trackday in, and I've ended up with 1988 Mk II Golf GTI

Now all the mini's are off the road, once the Garage is up (walls going up this weekend) I can start retrieving all the bits I've nicked of my 8 port estate and start sorting out the stuff for the Mk I turbo

Going to be busy over the winter months

My new garage (and house) is going to be about 60 seconds from where you work when it all gets sorted!

Progress on the cars or garage? You're welcome to come over anyway. I can talk minis with you instead of annoying the missus :)

Your new garage will be handy. Maybe I can do odd jobs on my car at lunchtimes during the week :p

Minis mate, although i like a nice garage im that keen on bricks!!

I like bricks only when they are where they are supposed to be - in walls and not stacked all over the garden :)

I'm leaving early today as the concrete lintels (sp?) for the garage doors are coming this afternoon.

The builder asked me if I could collect them - one is 3.3m long!

Yay for golfs!!! here's what mine was up to yesterday:

Mine's not that tidy, but for what I paid I'm chuffed with it and it's a blast to drive.

Looking forward to taking it to Cadwell or Elvington very soon
