Ive got the standard wiper motor in my mini (well you've got to keep something standard).

I've ripped out the whole loom and started from scratch, I've done away with the switches on the column as though they didn't go with the rest of the look of the car. Anyway.... does anyone know the which wires do what on the wiper motor plug? I did look in my haynes, but I have one of the later ones and it's shit.

found this info, may be handy for someone else.

pin 1 earth...
pin 2 fast
pin 3 is the single wipe
pin 4 is +12v for the park
Pin 5 slow

Top - Earth
Top Right - Park link
Top Left - Fast wipe
Bottom Right - Ignition Live
Bottom Left - Slow wipe
All directions looking at the contacts as they are on the motor unit

Lots of wiper motor work going on with TM members *happy*

I'm relocating the motor inside the car last/ this weekend. Just waiting on the 5/16" pipe *happy*

post some pics of how you do it sprock, i hillbillied mine under the dash by just rotating the guide tube around, but not too happy with how it sits tbh
