to be fair i got my first metty turbo in about 2001 complete for £80!

It only need a new wing but it went to the scrappy in the sky!

It shows you your getting old.... Plus the price of scraps going up. Seen the mini shell on Ebay with the chap saying reserves £150 as thats the weigh in value. Gone are the days of a £50 banger.

i remember some 25 years back and a mini shell was £8 scrap value

our local mini centre gets about 60-80 for a mini shell from the local scrappy

Hi just got £150 for 3/4 of a ton just steel so £200 pound a ton round my neck of the woods, thought id better take it now before some one else dose steeling is up round here there even niking your brass yard taps!!!!

I took in 4 knackered golf GTi alloy and got £33 for them.

It is all work cash if you have enoungh to make it worth your while.

I work in recycling and some serious cash moves about...
