My much modified GTM Coupe, as featured in Complete Kitcar Magazine (November 2007) and on ITV 4's 'Pulling Power' is up for sale.





Modifications are too extensive to list here but they include

An all GRP Chassis replacing the steel original.
Inboard coil spring suspension operated by pushrods and rocker arms. AVO dampers.
Galvanised tubular subframes.
1293cc, ported MG Metro unleaded head, Kent 266 cam with belt drive, 1.5 roller rockers. Laminova oil/water intercooler, Davies Craig electric water pump.
4 pot Metro calipers, Super Minifin rear drums. EBC Green Stuff pads.


It took me 5 years to build and by the time it was finished I had retired so it rarely gets driven now. It did 2400 miles in it's first year and currently is showing just over 3000 miles. It is too good a car to sit idle and needs to be driven.

Everyone who has seen the car has commented on the attention to detail in the build.

I will sell it for £4000. In reality this is not even close to the cost of the components in the car.

Beautiful car ! If it had been a Unipower I would have driven the 300 miles to see, and probably buy.

The all GRP Coupe has been sold and was collected today.

It went to a Mini Marcos owner.

I am now carless for the first time in 35 years. :(
