another wierd one after my RR session

Cannot get it to idle less than 1500 RPM

And it also hunts continoulsy

They said the manifold gasket was leaking l but I have had a good look and it does not seem to be leaking anywhere ??

Please guys

I have sunstroke as I spent the day fitting my Toad alarm

manifold or carb casket got a leak spray wd40 on casket area when engine running, listen for engine noise changing, if you have co meter you will see mixture changing all the time

i do get smoke from the heat shield under the carb ...
I think the carb must need a rebuild dont you ?


the engine speed definatly goes up and down as well
