not got any vents or owt on my car, not surprisingly it gets quite warm under there! can this have an affect on performance?? |

yeah would have thought so..

As long as its running cool enough and the air intake is near the front it shouldnt make a massive amount of difference.

yeah, its a pain to start when hot, didnt have a heat shield at first and if you put your head under the bonnet after a run you could hear the fuel boiling in the carb lol!

getting some air in there will help with the hot starting. |

im used to struggle hot starting but lifted the bonnet up at the back and it improved it tonnes no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.
