Went to see alexb in the mini this morning and he took a couple of pics for me using his latest toy.

Top job as it makes my below average mini look ok. :)

Your too harsh on your mini mate. Its better than you make out it is.

That blade of grass in the top pic makes it easy to see what your number plate is supposed to read! Lol

I think it's like anything though... I know all the bits that are wrong with it! Definitely got potential and is tons better than when i got it thanks to all the help from TM guys.

Thanks for all the comments. I've had it 2 and a half years and apart from the engine bay, i think it's the first pics I've put up. The ones I've taken before look shocking so haven't bothered posting.

Looks OK to me, some grill ends and bonnet lip would finish the front off I think.

I think i have some kicking around in the garage. I'll fit them before avon. If i get crap times i'll blame the extra weight.

Very nice car, I hope that I will be able to realise the same intercooler positionning and circuit because yesterday a friend gave me a the same intercooler as yours.

If you don't have a servo it should be possible.

I only chose the intercooler as it was small, but it seems to work quite well. I've run 12psi on 9.4cr using 98ron petrol and it doesn't pink at all. Goes pretty well too.

Looks fantastic!! Minis really suit that colour. As above, some grille ends and a bonnet lip would smarten up the front end.

I reckno a nice centre exit exhaust wouldn't go amis either but thats just me.

Same intercooler as me, its a bugger to do with a servo tho.:(

looking good! i can't see why you put it down so much lol.. maybe just give it a good old wash and polish, then it will really shine!
we will have to meet up sometime, when mine is done, i only live in winchester, and i work at basingstoke hospital. be good to meet some local turbo owners!
