just a quick question
I have been offered genuine group A metro turbo bits. turbo, carb and manifolds etc wots the difference between these and normal turbo parts? before I hand over my hard erned cash.*happy*

That mini is determined to Kill me!!!!

IIRC Turbo was whatever the individual teams wanted to use - but I doubt many were too modified; you didn't have many options on T3's after alll...


Manifolds, carb, will be very slightly tweaked - maybe... Likelly the carbs will have alloy threaded fittings, instead of the push-on brass fittings.

one of my friends had a group a engine and the carb was well played with it had bits blocked off and other bits opened up. the engine had high compression i will see if i can get any more info

high compression? I assumed it would be low, and lots of boost

Thanks guys that gives me an idea of wot im looking at. I pick the parts up tomorrow so i will put few pictures up when i get them *happy*
