am not using era diagram using an easier one, the pump is earthed to the car and the +ve goes to the relay nar the earth then one wire comes off the relay to the white (pos 2) wire and one goes to the red/white (pos 3) on the ignition, the other wire taps into the oil pressure switch why does it come on on 2?!!!! |

does the fuel pump stop and start when you connect and disconnect the oil pressure switch? On a mini, the switch is closed (grounded) when the engine has no oil pressure, on a metro turbo, the switch is open (not grounded) when there is no oil pressure.

looked in the how to diagram is a bit confusing as it just says connect when ignition is on twice, is this pos 2 or 3? sorry to be a pain |
