Its doing my head in

9 weeks ago a guy won an auction of mine then said he could not pay postage so i told him he would have to pay full amount including postage

I emailed several times and he fobbed me off in a few then ignored them

3 weeks ago i gave him a negative on his listing its the 4th non paying item he has in 3 months

i put iteam back on ebay and he has given me a bad rating saying im a thief as he sent cheque and ive cashed it and am trying to sell item again

i want to kick his F***ing head in

anyone in scotland ???

Scan in your bank statement of particular period, block out the 'particulars', get it hosted, and just list the link in your 'response' section!

End of the day, so what if you've got a negative??? So long as you have 90% more positives than negatives, thats a good sign...

other thing:
I have bought a miniature car being a mercedes 190 from 1962, the seller send it to me before i paid for it???????????. *happy*
I shall pay anyway.
So this can happen as well.

yeah i brought a dump valve on ebay, he sent it to me the day he recieved my cheque!
