To be honest by the time you've taken the exhaust you could of run the engine and cleared the exhaust of shite. A quick blast up the road will do the trick. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel

A decent thrash around some country roads should do the trick. Get the exhaust nice and hot and the crap will just burn away. |

As above, get the system stinking hot and any crap will burn away.

I would use some petrol to sort of loosen the debris first. Then go out and drive it hard! On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:

bit of a mad idea, but wouldnt gently spraying water into the inlet steam clean the exhaust somewhat? "Turbo's make torque, and torque makes fun"

What about pouring sand into the intake while the car is running?? This would sand blast all this sh!t off plus port the head at the same time 1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.

I used caustic soda on an old 2-stroke bike exhaust some years ago to good effect. It was much easier to handle though! |

this is not achually that bad, the only problem is the exhuast rattles quite abit afterwords untill the sand is compleatly out but it ported the head very well, also now have a slight overbore. lots of power!
