hello, I have a problem with my engine.i can´t overcome the 3000 rpm in the road.if i have the car steady in the same place"stoped" the car goes up in the rotation well ,but in progress does not exceed the 3000 rpm.i have everything should be as pump bosh, the appropriate pressure so what can be?

Truly amazing, the english explains the problem perfectly, but it's not how I would ever write it. Better than some would write it who have english as a first language.

Anyway, I suspect that your problem is that you have the plenum to carb gasket on the wrong way round, or you have the wrong gasket. Either way, I would guess that the hole to allow the float chamber to be pressurised is blocked.

I work for a German company and sometimes go there to write technical documents. My German collegues sometimes bring descriptions to me to be "checked" Often (but not always!) they are perfectly correct and understandable yet getting the text to explain the subject just as well but with correct sounding English can be a bear!!

I always keep in my head that their English is a shit load better than my German!!

I also vote for the Carb/Plenum gasket..
