According the the planning regs I could cover 50% of the garden with a garage as long as it more than 15ft from the house.

I have to agree.....any garage is never big enough.....you can always find something to fill it with.......I would like a double garage to store my cars in and then another workshop to be able to work on which ever one I choose.....oh well maybe if I one day win the lottery!

A double garage would be lush, i am lucky enough to have a single one but in order to go out in the mini i move me diesel wagon onto the front lawn, push me bike out, push the mini out and then push the bike back in. Then when i return home the bike comes back out, the mini back in followed by the bike, then move the oil burner back on drive way. All good fun!!! NOT -MINI CLUBMAN 1380 TURBO- |

i have borrowed my neighbours single garage, i can't keep the car in it because of 3 mountain bikes a bmx an engine block, gearbox, a couple of heads, various other bits, my neighbours stuff, and all my tools. i havent even been trying to collect parts for my mini but in a year and a half of owning i've managed to collect a lot of stuff.
