ok i know it is in the seacrh facility guys, but i need this explained (dumbed right down for me) I have a morspeed trigger wheel and a Tom fenton ™ sensor bracket.

I have put cylinders 1 and 4 to tdc. do i cut the tooth out which is at TDC ie the one that is inline with the keyway ? or do i cut the tooth out that is in line with the sensor this being ni on 90 deg or 9 o clock position ?

and finally with the tooth removed can anyone tell me what size drill and what depth to drill at for the opposite side of the wheel (for balance purposes)

You remove the tooth that is inline with the key.

Not sure about the drilling though, can't see it making that much difference removing 1 tooth TBH. *oh well*

You could weigh the trigger wheel with the tooth and without that would give you an idea of how much the tooth weighs then with a bit of maths work it out? The depth will also depend on what size drill you use. *wink*
