As the title really, I know when torqing the arp big ends I have needed the special lubricant.

Would engine oil be adequate?

And I am aware this thread will probably decend into smut very rapidly with all this talk of lube*happy*

As an after thought should I use engine oil, but dial in a couple of extra 1bft to compensate?
