You don't have to fit an intercooler, but doing so will allow you to release a decent chunk of power without spending much money. The majority of people do fit one.

ok, the intercooler is definately planned, its just finding all the right bits to put one in i guess, as i dont fancy fabricating all my own brackets etc.

There are kits on fleaBay, but will pay more than you would from a scrappy.
