Carl knows where to get the polycarb from Mike, worth asking him if you decide to make them yourself.

How much? They charged me only £20 more for an entire car (both doors, rear quarters & rear window) didn't include the catches mind but I got a set of catches pretty cheap of flea bay.

I think its about £80-90 for a 8x4 sheet of 4mm polycarbonate to make your own.

hi guys,

sorry to dig up an old thread,
but after a bad experience with the complete tool that owns plastics4performance,
im copying my plexiglass windows to get some replacements made,
if anyone wants a set making at the same time let me know, ive had a few quotes from plexiglass places online and its about half the price or less of what they pay!
mine are fixed rear quaters and use the original mini seals

@jason, if i did get a big sheet like you mention, would it be a case of just using a jigsaw with a plastic blade?

I would be interested in some. Let me know prices etc. If poss can we look at getting the scratch resistant stuff? I know that there a lots of different types of plexiglass out there. I would rather pay a little bit more knowing it wasnt going to go yellowish and get scratched when you wash the car.
