Has this head had all the work done to it to fit the mini or is it just standard?

sorry, I have just heard these are a good modification, I had a supercharged 1293 but I am looking for something a bit different. I don't understand how these heads work. |

there is some info on the conversion on www.sheepspeed.com but you can now buy kits which make life much easier
