Really? *oh well*

Would you fill the oil galleries with fine metal swarf, and not completely strip the engine?

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

Competition machined? Was it a race to see who could do it fastest?

Nice product. I see he's also selling stock Zetec ones.

Is this Dan W? Can't be many with a twincam?

So far it's taken me almost 2 years to fit mine, but that's more due to the fact that I still need to get my block spark etched.

Look nice, but I'm sure I got a set from Ford for a fair bit less.

Yeah, a set of Ford ones cost me €42. I just got them today. It doesn't look like those ones have any pressure valves in them, so would this cause oil pressure problems at idle?

I love it *laughing*

and they give you more HP that’s interesting because you can run more advance I think I be opting for more octane but then again I‘m one of those old traditional.

A couple of years ago I would have said most of the people on this site, these day's I'm not so sure, but I think 90% of the old timers still run them.

reminds me of the other week when our MD sent round an email titled "scotching rumours"..... much hilarity followed when we looked up "scotching" on urban dictionary.

Ford ones set me back about £30 for a set of 4! Lol

The lack of some kind of pressure valve is concerning though! *surprised*
