as the title, how difficult is it to make some radious arms out of tubing or box-section?????

I think it all depends on what springs you are using. If you use a coil over set up then I think it is an easy job as the arm has little stress. However if you use the rubber doughnuts then the are is quite stressed and making arms for this is more difficult. http://www.twin-turbo.co.uk

yeah they'd be for use with coilovers ben, no trumpet mount
