Hi all

After fitting my sc i had to remove the engine steady that went to the thermostat but now when acc or braking i get alot of engine rock. Ive got the one fiited that connects to the block by the clutch and the one at the bottom that connect to the front of the subframe. Im also running a flip front so not sure if this matters.

Does any one know if there is someone that makes a steady that goes where the ultimate one went to fit 'around' the charger?

Thanks

Johnny

Leyland, Lancs

I just went with solid engine mounts and a rose jointed engine steady - now I get no engine movement at all.

Bit noisy and lots of vibrations mind!

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

Was that at north star round about? If so, the weber was leaking fuel. Its off to slarks tomorrow to get the seal on the clutch sorting to stop the oil getting on the clutch!!
