Ok i have been in the process over the last year and a half trying to trace a ww2 Bren gun carrier as me grandfather drove one in the north africa campaign, finally found one exceptionally cheap but its in canada, does anyone know of any shipping firms ? it weighs in at 3.5 tonnes (as the armour plate has been stripped from it) and has the rough dimensions of a transit van (all be it is only 5 foot high)


anyone able to help / advise

(if anyone is unsure what a bren carrier is)

Try OOCL, or Hapag LLoyd as they specailise in shipping.

Or www.u-ship.com

What out on the rates though as you might get stung due to the military nature of it
